Refund policy

At Miss Woolf, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not feeling sexy in your outfit, you can request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • Your item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • You have proof of purchase (such as your receipt or order confirmation).

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. How to Start a Return

Email us at misswoolf1@gmail.com or submit a message through our messaging portal within 7 days of receiving your item.

We’ll guide you through the process which will entail providing a returns label (free of charge). 

If your return is approved, you may receive a prepaid shipping label and/or return instructions.

Try to use your Miss Woolf bag as a returns bag! 

3. Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made items (unless faulty)

In addition, items will be considered “not able to be worn” and not eligible for return if they show any of the following signs of use or alteration:

  • Makeup, deodorant, or perfume marks
  • Stains, dirt, or odours (including fragrance, smoke, or body odour)
  • Pulls, tears, snags, or fabric damage
  • Alterations (e.g., hemming, tailoring)
  • Missing buttons, belts, or other components

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please let us know before sending it back.

4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives.
If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, email us immediately at misswoolf1@gmail.com with photos.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

However, shipping costs incurred by you to order the item will not be refunded. 

Damaged items are determined damaged at the discretion of Miss Woolf

5. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days depending on the provider you used to pay. 

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty).
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
  • Refunds for delayed shipping as a result of providers is not allowed 

If it’s been more than 12 business days since your refund was approved, contact us at misswoolf1@gmail.com. 

6. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Your Rights

Our policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable consumer protection laws. 

Processing Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you once the return has been processed. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Late Returns

Returns requested after the 7-day period may not be accepted.
